Teacher Career Changer Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By signing up to be an affiliate for Teacher Career Changer, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to protect both you and us, and to ensure a fair and successful partnership.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance
To become an affiliate, you must:

Be 18 years or older.

Have a relevant audience (i.e., teacher sellers, educators, curriculum creators, or online business owners).

Not engage in deceptive, spammy, or unethical marketing practices.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion, with or without reason.

2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn 25% commission on all valid sales referred through their unique affiliate links.

This applies to all qualifying purchases of our digital products including:

Commissions are based on the last-click cookie model (90-day cookie window).

3. Payment Terms
Payouts are made on the 1st of each month for commissions earned at least 30 days prior (to account for refunds and disputes).

Minimum payout threshold is $50 USD.

Payments are made via PayPal. You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal email is correct in the affiliate portal.

4. Refunds & Chargebacks
If a customer you referred requests a refund or issues a chargeback, the commission will be reversed or deducted from future payouts.

5. Promo Guidelines
We want you to win—but keep it ethical and compliant.
Affiliates must NOT:

Use misleading claims, fake scarcity, or false testimonials.

Pretend to be Teacher Career Changer or impersonate Jeff Twiddy.

Run paid ads that compete with our brand (including bidding on our name, product names, or URLs).

Use spam tactics like mass unsolicited DMs, emails, or comment spam.

You're welcome to use the swipe copy, templates, and graphics we provide in the Affiliate Promo Kit—but you’re responsible for complying with all FTC guidelines (yes, that means disclosing affiliate relationships clearly).

6. Affiliate Account Standing
We reserve the right to withhold or revoke commissions and/or terminate your affiliate account if:

You violate these terms.

You engage in dishonest, misleading, or harmful behavior.

You generate suspicious or fraudulent activity.

We’re building a trustworthy brand and community. We expect our affiliates to represent us with the same integrity.

7. Legal Stuff
This agreement does not create any employment, agency, or joint venture relationship.

You are solely responsible for any taxes due on your earnings.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program means you accept the current version.
